Terms & Conditions
Rates are based on a 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks and mid-week arrivals may be arranged. Please call us for details and prices.
Beds are made up for your arrival and the property is cleaned and carefully checked between lets. As this takes time please time your arrival after 3:00pm. We also request that you vacate by 10:00am at the end of your stay. Please ask us if you have special needs outside of these times and we will try our best to accommodate you. We will hold telephone and internet bookings for 7 days while we await receipt of your deposit. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. If booking within 30 days of your arrival please send your full payment.
In the event that you are unable to take up your confirmed booking please advise us as soon as possible and we will try to re-let the cottage. If we are able to do so we will refund all monies received less a £25.00 administration fee. However if we are unable to re-let we reserve our right to the full amount of rental due. Sometimes a cancellation or curtailment of holiday is unavoidable due to illness or other causes. As this can be distressing we recommend that you insure against this.
For the comfort of all of our guests we have a NO SMOKING policy.
The company, its employees and representatives shall not be liable to guests or third parties for any loss or damage to persons or third parties howsoever arising.
In the event of breakages or damage to our property and/or its contents caused by guests or any other members of their party, full payment is required for the actual cost of replacement.
A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of holiday price.
The balance is to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
